What We Believe

Our Vision

At Meet Your Therapist, we envision a world where mental health care is not a privilege but a right— accessible, inclusive, and free from stigma.

Our vision is to create a safe and empathetic space where individuals of all ages feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their journey toward emotional well-being.

We aspire to bridge the mental health gap in India by connecting people with compassionate, qualified therapists who understand that every individual carries a story that is uniquely their own.

Rooted in empathy, guided by science, and shaped by lived experience, we strive to make therapy a transformative experience—one that encourages self-awareness, healing, resilience, and growth.

“You are never alone. Asking for help is not a weakness— it is a step toward becoming more whole.”

Our Purpose

Making mental health care accessible

Arushika Srivastava, Founder and Lead Psychologist at Meet Your Therapist

Founder &
Lead Psychologist

Ms. Arushika Srivastava

Arushika is a psychologist, therapist, mental health advocate, and the founder of Meet Your Therapist. Her journey into mental health care was deeply personal. Watching her mother silently battle emotional pain, misdiagnosed and misunderstood for years, became a turning point in her life.

Her mother's healing began when a compassionate psychiatrist truly saw and understood her. That experience shaped Arushika's purpose — to help create mental health spaces where people feel heard, understood, and supported rather than unseen in their struggles.

With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, along with an RCI-recognized Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of emotional and psychological concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, incorporating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques, and Behavioural Interventions.

With over 4+ years of experience, Arushika continues to advocate for accessible and inclusive mental health care. Through Meet Your Therapist, she is committed to building safe, empathetic, and stigma-free spaces where healing is collaborative and mental well-being is treated as a fundamental part of life.
