I recently completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology and am currently pursuing my Foundation Diploma in Transactional Analysis, having already completed the official TA 101 introductory course. My approach is rooted in curiosity and warmth. I believe therapy and reflective spaces work best when they feel like genuine conversation, not a clinical checklist. I'm especially drawn to the quiet, unspoken patterns people carry: fear, self-judgment, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we're allowed to be.
I don't believe in showing up as someone who has all the answers. I believe in showing up honestly, even when that means sitting with my own uncertainty in the room. If my client is scared, I won't pretend I'm not. We're both human, both new to this exact moment together, and we'll find our way through it together.
My work is process-focused. I draw from Transactional Analysis, DBT, Attachment theory, and ACT, but mostly, I try to stay with what's actually present in the room rather than rushing toward resolution.
Outside of this work, I enjoy writing poems and talking to people; connection is something I value deeply, in and out of the room.
