MS Clinical Psychology Integrative & Collaborative Therapy Hindi, English, Kannada & Telgu

I believe that every person carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, challenges, and the moments that have influenced who they are today.

As a psychologist, I aim to create a space where people can explore these stories with compassion, structure, and curiosity. I do not see clients as problems to be solved, but as individuals who deserve the opportunity to understand themselves and create meaningful change.

About Me

Understanding People Beyond Their Problems

I am a psychologist who holds the belief that it is imperative to embrace the unique stories that have shaped people's lives. Through my practice, I have worked with children and adolescents dealing with behavioural and emotional issues, young adults navigating life transitions, as well as older adults, whom I regard as individuals worthy of being given an opportunity to share their perspectives rather than simply being seen as people who hold all the knowledge.

As a practicing therapist, I integrate two important aspects of therapy: being structured and compassionate. Having been trained in behavioural approaches and techniques, psychological assessment, and diagnosis, I believe that good psychotherapy begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I don't view clients as problems to be solved, but rather as people who should be given the opportunity to discover themselves. I am practical, structured, and determined to create an environment where clients can express their vulnerability while also being supported in making meaningful changes.

My Approach

Collaborative, Practical & Individualised

I practice an integrative and collaborative form of therapy, incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Expressive Arts to adapt to the individual needs of each client.

I believe therapy should be about joint exploration rather than following a strict treatment plan. There is no single formula that I apply to every individual. Instead, I try to understand the person sitting across from me and work collaboratively towards what feels meaningful and helpful for them.

When working with children, I focus on developing emotional literacy and impulse control skills. With adults and couples, I help them navigate the intricacies of communication, relationships, and stress-related concerns.

When working with older clients, I believe in simply listening to them as they speak, giving them the opportunity to vent, reflect, and arrive at their own conclusions. They have something to say which cannot always be found in a book.

I walk next to you. I am there to reflect on you, provide constructive feedback, and offer practical advice, but I do not tell you how or when to do things.

Emotional safety, trust, and ethics are non-negotiables for me.

My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported while having the freedom to move towards change at your own pace.

A Little About Me

I enjoy experimenting with dishes, cycling, gardening, music, and sketching. These interests have widened my perspectives, helped me perceive things differently, and encouraged me to experience life with a "bring it on" attitude.

My Therapeutic Philosophy

You Don't Have to Navigate Everything Alone

"I walk next to you. I am there to reflect on you, give constructive feedback and practical advice, but I do not tell you how and when to do things."

Therapy, for me, is a collaborative process built on emotional safety, trust, respect, and ethics.
