I am a psychology professional with a structured and compassionate approach to therapy. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychometric assessment. I believe that meaningful change develops through clarity and a balanced understanding of both emotional experience and logical patterns in thoughts and behaviour.

In my work, I aim to provide therapy that is thoughtful, informed, and attentive to each person’s unique experiences and needs.
